This policy applies to the Bali Butter website and its trade-enquiry experience. Bali Butter is a premium tattoo aftercare brand based in Bali, Indonesia.

The trade enquiry asks for a business or studio name, contact name, Instagram handle, optional phone number, business type, location, order interest and any message you choose to include.
The website uses this information only to create an enquiry message in your browser. Bali Butter does not receive or store that message through this website. It is sent to Bali Butter only if you copy it and choose to send it through Instagram.
3. Technical information
The website and its hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate, secure and diagnose the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and error or security logs.
Bali Butter does not currently use the website enquiry to build a customer database, and does not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
4. Instagram and external services
If you open or send an enquiry through Instagram, your information is handled by Meta and Instagram under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to Google Maps, the official BPOM search and other external websites are also governed by the policies of those services.
